The Specter-C is an encrypted portable hard drive with the same self-contained application environment as the Phantom-T — scaled to mass storage capacities. Up to 8 terabytes of encrypted data, accessed through an app that runs entirely from the drive itself.

Plug it into any computer and the TalonFS environment launches automatically. Browse, preview, download, and manage files without installing a single byte on the host. When you unplug, the host is indistinguishable from the state you found it in.

No. The Specter-C app runs entirely from the drive itself. It never writes to the host filesystem, never caches thumbnails, and never registers anything with the operating system. When you unplug, there is no evidence anything happened.
The Specter-C is a portable hard drive with rotating magnetic platters — it offers far higher capacities at a lower cost per terabyte. The Phantom-T is a solid-state flash drive for maximum speed and durability. Both run the same TalonFS application suite with identical security.
Without your master password, the drive is unrecoverable. Ten consecutive failed attempts trigger cryptographic zeroization — every key is destroyed instantly. The hardware recovery key can restore access only if you have previously registered it.
